Our company is the only Australian firm of chartered accountants and tax advisers with a presence in London. Through these two offices, by working in tandem, we are able to provide seamless advice to businesses, their owners and their professional advisers on corporate, accounting and taxation obligations applicable to them in both Australia and in the United Kingdom. This is the case whether the business is an Australian investing in the United Kingdom, or a United Kingdom business investing in Australia.

We regularly work with cross border clients and therefore have more experience than most and this allows us to provide more accurate, timely and value-for-money advice.

Russian and CIS Businesses Abroad

Through our unique connections in Russia and CIS we have gained experience and understanding in assisting Russian/CIS business owners wishing to expand their businesses abroad, in a manner consistent with the requirements of the home authorities as well as the host country.

During this process we help the businessmen and women to reorganise their existing international business strategies and structures to reflect the disclosure and legislative requirements that now prevail, so their structures take on an integrated approach.

Germany

Our firm is represented in Germany, at the offices of Lemaitre Taxperience, Munich (www.taxperience.de). We have been working with Claus Lemaitre on mutual client assignments for some time.
